Morning Edition, November 19, 2004 - The House of Representatives votes to raise the national debt ceiling — the government’s credit line — by $800 billion. Most Democrats — and even a few Republicans — voted against the debt-limit increase in protest. The Senate had already approved the measure. Hear NPR’s Andrea Seabrook.
